- Monthly meeting of Department Manager, with their peer Managers with each one sharing a copy of the Project Report – communications laterally.
- Meeting monthly with employees in the Department with each one getting a copy – communications down.
- Changes in conditions of the company; products, services, competition, that affect the objectives, should change the objectives on the Project Report and Performance Appraisal during the year.
